We take a photo of every individual dancer and class/group at no charge on photo day. Dance families have the option to upgrade their child’s experience by paying a $5 sitting fee per dancer/per class, which includes two additional poses and a headshot. This gives families more variety when ordering photos, a total of 5 images per dance to choose from.

All dancers are welcome and encouraged to participate in class photo day. A sitting fee is only required if you would like to have more images to choose from when purchasing your photos.

Before photo day, we will receive a student roster from the studio’s manager or director to ensure we capture every dancer.  A schedule is prepared to help organize the day and ensure sessions are done efficiently and families and dancers are aware of photo times before the day of the shoot.  

On the day of the shoot, our photographers use professional equipment to capture high-quality, well-lit portraits that reflect your dancer’s form, focus, and expression.

Once the images are processed, approximately 2 weeks after your session; you will receive an email with info on how to access your dancer’s gallery. From there, you can browse, select, and order prints or digital files. All images are professionally edited and available for order online through our secure store.
