Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of services provided by Famous Photos, including our website, photo galleries, digital downloads, and print product ordering. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Photo sessions

Studio Sessions

Class photo sessions are arranged in partnership with participating dance studios. We take one group photo and one individual photo per dancer. If a sitting fee is paid, we provide additional individual poses.

Luxury Sessions

Luxury photo sessions require advance booking and a paid sitting fee to confirm participation. These sessions offer a wider variety of poses, backdrops, and artistic styling.

Sitting fees

Sitting fees are due before the scheduled photoshoot.

They do not include prints or digital photos.

Fees are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Famous Photos.

Each dancer and class combination requires a separate sitting fee.

Ordering photos

Photo galleries are made available online after the session.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and selecting their preferred images.

Printed and digital products are available for purchase via our website.

All orders are final. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or printed products unless a technical error occurred on our end.

Delivery timelines

For Dance Class Sessions done in May & June: All orders including digitals and prints are processed over the summer and returned in September when studios reopen. Want your order sooner? Choose Rush Processing and Shipping at check out and we will bump your order to the front of the line and ship your print order directly to you.

Digital products are delivered via email or download link.

Print products may be subject to shipping from September to April.

We are closed in December and January. Orders made during that time may be delayed.

Shipping timelines vary depending on the studio’s schedule and location.

Luxury Session timelines are unique to the session and studio. Refer to your information email from your studio for timelines.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include tax.

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and email money transfer (when available).

Orders may be subject to shipping fees. Coupons and promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Copyright and usage

All images are the property of Famous Photos and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Clients may print or share purchased images for personal use only.

We reserve the right to use selected images in our portfolio, marketing materials, or online presence unless otherwise requested in writing.

Access to galleries

Client galleries are typically password-protected and accessible by entering the email address used during ordering.

Links may expire after a set time. If you require renewed access, contact us directly.

Please download your purchased digital files promptly. Download links may expire after 7 days.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to ensure high-quality images and service, but we are not responsible for unforeseen technical issues, studio limitations, or client no-shows.

In the event of a technical failure or error caused by us, our liability is limited to the cost of the session or the affected products.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
