Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy
We want you to love your dance photos! Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping.
Digital products
All digital photo sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the images have been delivered.
If your download link has expired or you’re having trouble accessing your digital files, please email us at info@famousphotos.ca and we’ll send a new link.
If there’s a technical issue with a file (e.g., it’s blurry, corrupted, or the wrong image was delivered), please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Printed products
All print orders are custom made and final sale.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Changes of mind
- Incorrect photo selection
- Errors submitted by the customer
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. We will request photos of the issue and work with our print partner to provide a replacement if appropriate.
Shipping timelines
For Dance Class Sessions done in May & June: All orders including digitals and prints are processed over the summer and returned in September when studios reopen. Want your order sooner? Choose Rush Processing and Shipping at check out and we will bump your order to the front of the line and ship your print order directly to you.
We are closed in December and January, and no shipping will occur during those months.
Shipping time varies depending on the distribution method. Print orders are delivered to the studio during our regular season. When outside our general return dates, or by choice, you can have your order shipped directly to your home; shipping times will be dependent on Canada Post delivery times.
Ordering reminders
Sitting fees do not include any photo products
Orders must be placed separately for each dancer and each year’s sessions
Coupon codes if applicable must be entered before checkout—unfortunately, we cannot apply them afterward in our system
Orders cannot be edited after submission
Retakes/Missed Photo Day
We do not offer a retake or makeup day for absent dancers. We do our best to fit you into the schedule at your home studio but if you cannot make it we can occasionally offer an alternate date for individuals only at another studio we shoot at upon request.
